Programs
Employment Training Programs
Éclipse offers two employment training programs: the Propulsion-Formation-Emploi (PFE) program and the Projet préparatoire à l'emploi (PPE) program. These programs help participants acquire the skills and knowledge they need to enter the job market or improve their employment outlook. The programs include activities and training to prepare participants for the job market and offer job search support.
Work Experience
Psychosocial Support
Throughout the program, we offer psychosocial support to all participants. Our professionals work one-on-one with each participant to help them overcome the challenges and obstacles they face and provide them with the tools they need to progress toward their personal and professional goals. This support helps them stay in quality jobs. Thanks to the SPHERE Québec program, an experienced psychoeducator is part of the team, supporting people living with anxiety-related challenges.
PPE Program (Projet préparatoire à l’emploi)
The PPE program offers an opportunity to engage in a 26-week employability process for people aged 18 and over who are distanced from the job market. It aims to address employees’ personal, social and professional challenges in training within an active, well-structured environment. Participants benefit from a 24-month post-course follow-up and the possibility of obtaining semi-specialized trade certification (in partnership with the CFGA).
- All people who are distanced from the job market
- Duration: 910 hours (approximatly 6 months)
PFE Program (Propulsion-Formation-Emploi)
The PFE program is an initiative that enables people between the ages of 16 and 30 who have either dropped out of school or the workforce or are in the process of doing so to balance school and work in a stimulating learning environment. This 40-week work-study program aims to develop a personalized plan for each participant by addressing personal, social, academic and professional issues in an active, structured environment.
